北京奥运经济的效应分析

由于奥运资源的稀缺性、需求普遍性以及奥运的阶段性和周期性等特征,奥运的举办会给举办国带来直接性经济效益和间接性经济效益。2008年北京奥运会对北京及整个中国产生积极的经济和社会效应,但在后奥运阶段,由于奥运经济的"低谷效应"也会影响整个国家的经济,甚至奥运会的举办所引起的区域之间不协调发展会导致社会不和谐与不稳定。
