| 摘 要： | 农村城镇的可持续发展是经济效益、社会效益和生态效益三者和谐发展的过程，只有经济、社会和自然环境复合系统三个部分协调统一的发展，才会使农村城镇的发展具有可持续性。对农村城镇可持续发展的研究，以经济学理论为分析框架，以农民为市场主体，从制度创新的角度，实施市场化运作、进行人力资本积累和建设一个宜于农民居住的生态环境，是解决社会主义新农村建设问题的三条有效途径。
