| 摘 要： | 新疆社会主义新农村建设取得了很大进展，但农村经济、农民生活以及农业产业竞争力与国内其他地区相比仍存在差距。要缩小差距，不仅需要中央政府的高度关注，更需要新疆各级政府充分发挥各项行政职能的作用，建立服务型、高效型和协调型政府，发挥新农村建设的主导作用，促进新农村建设取得更大进展。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang has achieved a lot in building socialist new countryside Compared with other areas in China,there is a big gap in rural economy,peasants' life and agricultural industry competitive power.In order to narrow the gap,we need not only the concerntration of central government,but also local government carrying on administrntion function,establishing a service oriented,efficient and coordination government,giving full play to the leading function of building new countoyside,and gaining more achievements. |
