| Abstract: | Management of self-determination rights often is a difficulty for administering land and resource according to law. Improper management of self-determination rights in law enforcement of principal part of administration could has results in overstaffed and reduce authority of national law and regulation. The paper discusses problems in management of self-determination rights, and it points out tentative plan. |
