西部生态旅游发展中农村社区就业与旅游收入分配的实证研究 --以陕西太白山国家森林公园周边农村社区为例

本文在时陕西太白山国家森林公园周边的3个农村社区居民家庭的旅游就业情况以及来自生态旅游业的收入进行抽样调查的基础上,研究了该社区居民的旅游就业类型、收入分配情况及其影响因素。研究发现．该社区的旅游收入分配存在较大的不均等,有旅游收入的家庭2002年和2003年家庭旅游收入的基尼系数分别为0．5324和0．503．而影响社区居民旅游收入的主要因素是居民的受教育程度和其从事农业生产情况。

A Demonstrative Study on the Rural Community Employment and the Distribution of Tourism Income in the Development of Ecotourism in China's Western Regions --Taking the Rural Community in Shaanxi Taibaishan National Park as An Example

The paper,based on a sample survey regarding three rural community employment and the income from ecotourism around Shaanxi Taibaishan National Park,makes a study of their employment types,income distribution and influencing factors.The study finds that there exists great gap in terms of the distribution of tourism income.With regards to the samples of families with ecotourism income,the Gini coefficients of these families were 0 5324 and 0 503 respectively in 2002 and 2003.The main factors influencing the community income from ecotourism are their educational background and the extents of their involvement in farm production.
