工业立市与工业强市战略中的第三产业发展问题--广东省中山市第三产业发展中的问题及启示

目前全国许多地方与广东省中山市一样，正处于由工业化中期朝后期转化的过渡发展阶段，都在不同程度地实施工业立市与工业强市战略。在实施工业立市与工业强市战略过程中，如何促进二、三产业协调发展?这是理论界应该引起重视的一个现实问题。本文通过对广东省中山市第三产业发展个案的分析，论述了工业立市与工业强市战略实施过程中发展第三产业应注意的问题。

On the Development of Tertiary Industry in the Strategy of Booming a City by Developing Industry

Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province,like many other places of China,undergoes the transitional development stage from middle-term of industrialization to latter period. All of them are carrying out the strategy of booming the city by developing industry. In the process of carrying out the strategy,it is of realistic importance to solve the problem of coordinate the development of the second and the third industries. The paper making a case study of tertiary industrial development in Zhongshan City expounds the problems in developing the tertiary industry in the process of implementing the strategy.
