房地产开发企业的顾客价值管理体系初探

摘    要:通过分析价值管理中的顾客价值管理体系模型,得出在房地产开发企业中影响顾客价值创造与提升的七大指标。这七大指标的确立与排序,为房地产开发企业在分析顾客价值、提升顾客价值方面提供了新的思路和方法,从而保证企业最大化利用资源并获得持续经营的动力。

Abstract:This theme analyze the management system model of customer value in value management, and get the seven indexes in affecting customer value creation and promotion. The establishment and arrangement of these seven indexes make the real estate companies find new ways to analyze and promote the customer value, and make sure the enterprises use the resources in maximum places and acquire the drive of persistent management.
