In spite of its rapid booming, steel industry of our country has low efficiency in scale economy, mainly because the steel industry concentration degree is low, the product structure is not reasonable and the threshold to admit is low. The steel industry scale of our country is inefficient, which has become the main factor to interfere with steel industry developing smoothly. Consequently, industry concentration and threshold to admit have to be increased, industry structure must to be improved.
