| Abstract: | Continuously the reform of state-owned commercial bank was paid more attention. It has already comprehensively raised fast and entered the substantive stage. This article made a review of the reform of the state-owned commercial bank for more than ten years and introduced the reform goal and the step of this turn and analyzed the key elements to the successful of the reform. |
