| 摘 要： | 在对传统供应链关系描述的基础上,引入了新型供应链关系JITⅡ,进而介绍了JITⅡ与传统供应链的区别与联系,分析了JITⅡ的优势,并通过一个案例阐述了JITⅡ的运作过程,最后本文对供应链的未来发展提出了展望。
