| 摘 要： | 有效地实施PFI,可以促进公共项目开发,是实现建设产业经济增长的有效途径。PFI的运作方式将拓宽基础设施建设项目的融资渠道,解决传统建设管理模式中存在的问题,对我国基础设施建设的发展具有重要意义。从价值管理的角度对PFI进行探讨,以便更好的了解PFI较传统开发的优势,意义重大。

| Abstract: | Effective implementation of PFI can promote the development of public projects,it is an effective way to achieve industrial and economic growth.PFI mode of operation of infrastructure construction projects will broaden the financing channels,solving the problems that exist in the traditional construction management model,it is signality to the development of China's infrastructure construction.In order to get a better understanding of the advantages of PFI,It is significant to study on PFI from the perspectives of Value Management. |
