摘    要:我国加入WTO之后,企业之间的竞争愈加激烈,客户资源已成为企业经营活动中极为重要的资源,以客户为中心的经营管理理念便应运而生。但企业在实施CRM过程中,需投入大量的资金,并且受到许多不确定性因素的影响。而对于中小企业来说,实施CRM的风险性更加明显。因此,如何通过科学合理的分析方法对CRM项目进行分析评价,来保证CRM项目实施的有效性,降低实施风险是至关重要的。

Abstract:After our country joins WTO,enterprise's competition is even more intense,the customer resources have become the enterprises' extremely important resources,so arises at the historic moment take the customer as the central management and operation idea.But the enterprise in implements in the CRM process,must invest the massive funds,and meet many uncertainty factors,but regarding the smal-middlel enterprises,implementing CRM is even more dangerous,so how carries on the analysis appraisal through the scientific analysis method to the CRM project,guaranting the CRM project implementation's validity and reducing the implementation's risk is very important.
