| 摘 要： | 平衡计分卡(BSC)通过设计出一套能使高级管理者快速且全面了解企业经营状况的指标体系,帮助企业改善经营管理决策,最终建立长远的战略竞争优势。然而目前占企业比重超过90%的中小企业却很少实行,这对于中小企业乃至全国企业的发展都非常不利。本研究针对家具业采用实务案例加以研讨,希望能对有意提升竞争力的中小企业作出些许贡献。

| Abstract: | The Balanced Score Card(BSC)is designed an index system to enable senior managers with rapid and comprehensive understanding of enterprise performance,be assisted enterprises to improve management decision-making,and ultimately establish a long-term strategic competitive advantage.However,the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)account for over 90% of enterprises is rarely implemented,This enterprise as a whole were very unfavorable for the development of enterprises.In this paper,furniture used to be practical case study in hopes of intention to make a modest contribution to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs. |
