| 摘 要： | 5S管理是起源于日本的一种现场管理方法,它对于提升企业的竞争力具有重要的作用。但由于存在对5S的理解有误、实施方法不对以及执行不力等方面的原因,我国企业在推行5S管理过程中收效甚少。针对5S管理现存的问题,提出了正确实施5S的对策,以期促进5S管理在我国的发展。

| Abstract: | 5S management that originated from Japan is a kind of site management,and it plays an important role in reinforcing the competitive power of enterprises.Because of having the wrong recognition of 5S management,using the incorrect implementing method and the enforcement inability,our enterprises achieve little from implementing 5S management.In order to promote the development of 5S management in China,This paper puts forward some countermeasures. |
