| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外耕地资源价值的相关研究动态的分析,总结了耕地资源价值含义的变化及其成因,以及相应的耕地资源价值评估方法的研究趋势。认为耕地资源价值应该包括耕地的直接经济价值、耕地的社会价值和耕地的生态环境价值,其中完善耕地资源的社会价值和生态环境价值的评估方法是实现耕地保护的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes changes of the meanings of the farmland value and its cause of formation,and the study trends of evaluating of the farmland value. The author thinks that the farmland value include the indirect economic value,social value and environment value,and the key measurement to protect the farmland value is to perfect the method of evaluating of the social and environmental value of the farmland resources. |
