我国劳工市场结构与经济发展实证研究

改革开放以来,中国劳工市场结构变化与经济发展二者之间的联系逐渐引起了人们的重视。在劳动力划分为高级劳动力与一般劳动力两大部分的基础上,实证分析了1990-2005年间中国高级劳动力等其它因素在宏观经济增长、三大产业发展以及省际经济增长中的具体影响,并得出多年来我国劳工市场尤其是高级劳动力一直处于配置低效率状态的结论。结论表明,中国可以通过发挥高级劳动力的作用达到经济增长。

To Study on Changing of Labor Market Structure and Economic Developing in China

Many researches were focused on the relationship between the change of labor market and economic since the Reform and Openness in China. Firstly, the authors divide the whole of labor into high-level labor group and ordinary labor according to some criterions. Then Based on the data from 1990 to 2005, the authors make a group of empirical analysis in detail in order to observe chiefly the influence of high-level labor in macro-economic growth, industry development and province economic growth in China. At last, Conclusions are drawn thus by and meaningful implications for policy-making are also discussed.
