| 摘 要： | 分析产品生产制造过程中存在的风险或者缺陷,并且加以预防,这是6S工作中的重要一环,对于改善产品质量从而提升企业竞争能力具有重要意义。文中应用质量工具FEMA寻找某厂缺陷源,并提出了清除缺陷源的措施。

| Abstract: | As a step of 6S onsite management, analyzing and preventing the risks or flaws existed in the producing process of a product are very important for improving the quality of the product and therefore, improving competitive capability of manufactory. In this paper, FEMA which is a quality analyzing tool is used to recognize sources of flaws of a manufactory, and some measures which can be used to eliminate these flaws are proposed. |
