| 摘 要： | 基于DEA理论思想,构建了评价区域创新系统中政府作用的数学模型,为定量评价政府在区域创新系统(RIS)中的作用提供了理论依据。采集全国29个地区的数据,评价了区域创新系统中政府作用的有效性,并以河北省为例,进一步利用模型的参数进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The aim of this note is to give a mathematical model with respect to the effect of regional government theoretically.It provides a theoretical background to quantitative assess the effect of the regional government in RIS(Regional Innovation System).It is based on the model of DEA and considered the condition of 29 provinces. |
