| 摘 要： | 2005年1～11月,南昌市实现社会消费品零售总额263.78亿元,其中,餐饮业实现24.81亿元,增长16.2%。餐饮业作为我国第三产业中的一个传统支柱行业,在社会发展与人民生活中不可或缺,发挥着重要的作用。在当前,研究被外界形容为“火得不能再火的”南昌餐饮业具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The Nanchang' total amount of consumable and retail reached the twenty six billion and three point seven eight hundred million from Jan. to Nov. in 2005. The restaurand industry increased sixteen point two percent,reached two billion and four point eight one hundred million. The food industry which is the tradition mast industry of our service Industry has the important function in our society development and people life. So,there is important meaning to study the flourishing Nanchang restaurand industry at present. |
