摘    要:以武汉10家国有企业人才工作的调研为实证,阐述了当前国有企业人才工作存在的四大突出问题,分析了问题存在的六种原因,提出了解决当前国有企业人才问题的五项对策。

Abstract:The dissertation describes four obvious problems on talents in state-owned enterprise,analyzes six causes and recommends five solutions with investigation on talents of 10 state-owned enterprises in Wuhan in recent five years.The viewpoints herein are significant for talent management in government and enterprise.
