| Abstract: | Many problems will appear when enterprises step into venture stage, the article analyses the reasons why the problem would appear. And then it presents if the enterprises want to be success in the end, the key factor is differentiating all the factors of building Core Competence. Base upon the above reasons, the article clarifies that venture enterprise should be built their Core Competence base on those factors. |
