| 摘 要： | 集成电路产业是信息产业核心,是国家基础性、战略性产业。集成电路的产业规模和技术水平,已成为衡量国家综合国力的一个重要标志。在简要介绍了我国集成电路产业发展现状的基础上,对我国集成电路产业的主要特点进行了分析;然后指出我国集成电路产业发展中存在的五大突出问题;最后提出了加速发展我国集成电路产业的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The industry of integrated Circuit is the core of information industry and is the basic and strategic industry of China.IC's industrial scale and technology level have been a important symbol of national power.Firstly,the author concisely describes the present conditions of China'IC indusdry.Secondly,the author discusses the major features of China's IC indusdry.Thirdly,the author sets forth the five challenges faced by China's IC indusdry.Finally,the author concludes several points for accelerating the development of China's IC indusdry. |
