油田企业节能评价指标体系设计与应用

以发展循环经济,建设资源节约型和环境友好型企业为导向,构建油田企业节能评价指标体系,包括能源技术效率、能源经济效率和能源社会效率等三类指标。分别运用主成分价值函数法、均权TOPSIS方法对这三类指标进行评价,并运用欧氏距离价值函数法进行综合评价。实例表明,该方法客观、有效,为油田企业节能决策提供了科学依据。

Design and Application of Energy Conservation EvaluationIndexes System of Oilfield Enterprises

Taking the development of circulating economy and the construction of resource conserving and environment friendly enterprise as guidance,the energy conservation evaluation indexes system of oilfield enterprises is designed,including energy technology efficiency,energy economic efficiency and energy society efficiency indexes. The principal components valuation function method and the even power TOPSIS method are applied to evaluate these indexes,and Euclidean distance valuation function method is applied to comprehensive evaluation.An example testifies the objectivity and efficiency of this method,which provides the scientific basis for the decision of oilfield enterprises.
