| 摘 要： | 在以“开放、合作、共赢”为主旋律的新通信时代,通信产业链发生了深刻的变革,原有电信运营模式已与新型通信产业链不相适应。在此背景下,通过深层地分析通信产业链的演变方向和特征,以整合通信产业链为切入点,提出了创新型的电信营运模式。

| Abstract: | New telecommunication times based the main melody of opening.cooperation.co-profiting,Industrial chain of communication takes place profound revolution ,Consequently, Old telecommunication modes of operation have not adapt to new industrial chain of communication. Under the background,The article analyzes deeply orientation and characteristics of revolution of industrial chain of communication and puts forward creative telecommunication mode of operation by virtue of the commence point of intearated industrial chain of communication. |
