| 摘 要： | 物流外包是企业强化核心能力进而增强竞争优势的战略取向。在分析我国物流外包现状基础上剖析了我国目前物流外包市场发展相对缓慢的原因,最后指出应大力发展我国物流外包,包括实施物流外包动因、决策及其实施。

| Abstract: | Logistics outsourcing is the strategic mindset that the enterprises enhance their core ability to strengthen their competitive advantage. This paper analyzes its present condition at home, then digs out the reasons ,as a result of which it develops relatively slowly, in the last points out we should prompt it to develop, including the reasons why we should prompt it, its decision and implementation. |
