论家族企业文化与现代企业管理模式的矛盾性

摘    要:从管理与文化的关系出发,认为家族企业文化在催生家族企业产生、决定家族企业经营特征的同时,这种文化专断性、排他性的特征阻碍了现代企业管理模式在家族企业中的运行,进而削弱了其持续经营的能力。基于上述观点,笔者以兰州市部分家族企业为研究样本在调查分析的基础上,总结出家族企业与现代企业管理模式排斥性的表现特征,并在此基础上提出了通过文化重构来消除这种排斥性,从而促进我国家族企业持续、健康发展的对策。

Abstract:Beginning with the relationship between management and culture,we think that the culture of family enterprise accelerates the emergence of family enterprise,decides the management characteristics of family enterprise.However,the characteristics of dictatorship and exclusion of this culture also block the running management pattern of contemporary enterprise in family enterprise. On the basis of the above views,we select part family enterprise in Lanzhou to be our investigation samples and summarize exclusion representations between the culture of family enterprise and management pattern of contemporary enterprise.Based on these,we raise through culture rebuilding to eliminate the exclusion representations between them.By adopting the above measures,the family enterprise will grow up continuously and healthily.
