浅议人才资本投入产出统计指标体系的设计

摘    要:目前,人才资本已成为人力资本的核心和主体,这使得人才资本统计显得更为重要。而我国虽然也出现了人才测评、人才评估等技术,但是对人才资本统计指标体系的构建缺乏系统的研究。鉴于此,文中首先对人才资本这一概念进行界定,并进一步分析了它与人力资本的不同;继而详细阐述了人才资本投入产出统计指标体系的内容,以及人才资本投资效益分析。

Abstract:At present,that talent capital has already become the core and the subject of human capital makes it more important to be measured.Though there is the technology such as talent measurement and talent assessment,the discussion of a framework of statistical index system of talent capital is relatively short of systematical research.In view of this situation,the article defines the concept of talent capital at first,and then it gives further analysis of the difference of talent capital and human capital.Then the paper explains the content of the statistical index system of talent capital's input-output and talent capital's investment benefit analysis in detail.
