| 摘 要： | 在大规模问卷调查的基础上,分析影响苏中四市制造业集群升级发展的关键因素,认为创新能力不足、产业配套不完善、企业之间缺乏横向联系、资金融通困难、劳动力成本上升是影响苏中四市制造业集群升级发展的障碍,并从企业、行业协会、政府角度提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the key factors that influence the updating of Manufacturing Clusters in Middle part of Jiangsu based on large scale questionnaires. Suggests that inadequate innovation ability, imperfect production matching, weak association between different manufacturers, limited financing channels and increased labor costs are the main obstacles. Puts forward some suggestions in the view of manufactures, industrial association and government. |
