| Abstract: | The development of the modernization of education information technology has many facilities for the reform of college English teaching and learning. The wide range of computer of aided teaching-the application of multimedia in foreign language teaching provides the students with the advanced stage concerning the interaction of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translating, which is not only the top priority of the reform of teaching and learning, but the new mode of foreign language teaching and learning. |
