| Abstract: | Economic restructuring aims at substituting market economy system for existing planned economy system.We should pay more attention to diversified business forms and market institutional arrangements of circulation of agricultural products in the form of management and market development because circulation system of agricultural products has significant characteristics that inductive institution evolution and compulsory institution evolution combine with each other. |
