人力资源外包风险及对策研究

摘    要:近年来,业务外包的应用逐渐从信息技术领域转向人力资源管理领域。人力资源管理职能外包可以降低企业管理成本,带来专业的服务,但同时也会带来企业的经营风险。本文在分析人力资源外包的风险基础上,建议企业全程关注和支持外包合作关系,使人力资源管理外包工作能发挥优势,尽可能趋利避害,成功实施。

Abstract:In recent years,the application of outsourcing turns to human resource management area from information technology area gradually.Human resource management outsourcing can help enterprises reduce their costs and gain special services.Otherwise,it may cause many risks.Based on the analysis of human recourse management outsourcing risks,the author suggests that enterprises should pay attention to human resource management outsourcing to support the outsourcing exert advantage and remedy deficiency.
