| 摘 要： | 根据企业文化的特点,提出企业文化竞争优势的评价指标体系,建立基于多目标系统模糊优选理论的企业文化竞争优势评价模型。对4个企业的竞争优势进行实证分析,评价结果能定量诊断各企业文化竞争优势的差别,同时为企业采取合理的应变策略、提高竞争能力指出方向。

| Abstract: | In this paper the major causes of corporate culture competition are analyzed.The effect of evaluation of competition superiority of culture competition regulating Enterprise Management and enhancing competition ability is also found.A set of eval- uation targets is put forth to evaluate competition superiority of corporate culture are analyzed withregard to the characteristics of industry. A model based on fuzzy selection for mul-ti-objective decision-making system is applied to evaluate corporate culture competition superiority of 4 enterprises. The evaluation result can help find out the difference of corporate culture competition superiority between enterprises and their practical competition situation. It can alsoindieate the stratagem for enterprises and enhance their competi-tion ability. |
