The Research on how Trust Companies Promote their Corporate Governance

The present legal environment and the supervising policy propose the realistic to strengthen the corporate governance in the trust company.The trust company has some problems in corporate governance: the stockholder's rights structure is irrational,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the internal controls are not complete and so on.To promote corporate governance,the trust company should combine the share structure reform,the strengthening of the information disclosure and the establishment of the responsibility-asking system.The current important task is to strengthen the company board construction and maintain all parties' benefits in equilibrium.
