城市物流网络体系的构建

本文认为,城市物流与城市经济发展之间存在相互依存的关系,城市物流的发展需要物流网络体系的支撑。城市物流网络体系的构建是城市工商业发展的必然要求,是增强城市竞争力的需要,是整合物流资源、实现物流产业集约式发展的需要。城市物流网络体系的构建对改善城市乃至周边地区综合投资环境,完善服务功能,降低地区物流成本,增强企业核心竞争力,具有重要的意义和作用。文章提出,构建城市物流网络体系,要合理规划物流基础设施布局和建设,促进物流节点之间的协调运作和有序竞争,加强物流信息网络系统建设,加强组织协调工作,以促进城市物流发挥应有的服务功能,使企业之间协调运作、有序竞争,促进地区经济发展。

Establishment of the City Logistics Network System

City logistics and economy develop interdependently,and city logistics should develop with the support of city network system.This paper proceeds with the structure and characteristic of city logistics network system,concentrates on studying its componential elements and their correlation between each other and the basic method to establish system.Furthermore,it takes Wuhu city as an example,demonstrates the establishment of its logistics network system.Besides,the paper also propounds that the logistics network established correctly could urge the city logistics function sufficiently,harmonize the operations and competition between enterprises and accelerates the development of the regional economy.
