| 摘 要： | 渔业科技创新是现代渔业建设的决定性力量和根本动力。现代渔业科技发展对基本建设提出了要求，包括现代化实验用房建设、高精尖科学仪器设备配置、实验基地配套建设以及可移动设施购置。笔者在对我国现代渔业科技基本建设现状分析基础上，从重视并加大对渔业基本建设投入、开展渔业基本建设项目专项科研课题研究、进一步加强渔业基本建设项目管理等三个方面提出了具体建议。
