| 摘 要： | 渔业电子商务是对传统渔业商务模式的一种革命性变革，它打破了渔业生产的时空和资源限制，改变了渔业市场主体的行为模式，加速了渔业产业的现代化和国际化进程。文章对中国渔业电子商务的现状及存在的问题进行了分析，对渔业电子商务模式进行了探讨，在此基础上，针对中国渔业经济的发展现状，对中国渔业发展程度不同的地区，提出了与其相发展水平相适应的渔业电子商务模式。
