摘 要: | 齿轮热处理后的磨内孔是齿轮加工常遇到的工艺问题,制作一个好而实用的夹具对于提高产品质量和效率,降低成本,显得尤为重要,采用增力机构可提高夹紧力并使结构紧凑、使夹紧更可靠,具有较高的经济性。

Abstract: | Gear grinding after heat treatment within the hole is a technological issues often encountered in gear machining process.For improving product quality and efficiency,and reducingcosts,to make a good and useful fixture is particularly important.To use force increasing mechanism can improve compact clamping force with more reliable clamping,and it is highly cost-effective. |
