摘    要:本文运用IPA分析法对太原市旅游目的地形象感知进行了实证分析。研究显示,太原市在气候条件、独特的民俗文化等方面存在着明显的优势,同时也获得了市场的认可,但在旅游服务水平、景区管理水平等方面还不能很好地满足市场需求,需要重点改进。本文揭示出太原市在旅游景区建设和资源开发、旅游服务和管理、旅游配套设施建设等三个方面还存在着问题。因此保持优势,突出特色,着手解决揭示的三大问题是太原旅游目的地形象建设的重点。

A Research on Perception of Tourism Destination Image Based on Importance -Performance Analysis --A Case Study of Taiyuan

Abstract:This paper gave a positive analysis on the perception of tourism destination image of Taiyuan based on importance - performance analysis method. It is showed that there were significant advantages of Taiyuan, which had been well recognized by tourists, such as climates, folk culture, etc. But some deficiencies that still need to be improved, such as tourism service level, scenic spots management and so on. These deficiencies revealed three prob- lems,which were the construction of scenic spots and the development of resource, the tourism service and the tourism management, the construction of tourist facilities. These problems should be taken seriously and solved in the development of Taiyuang tourism.
