转型跨越发展时期的山西省外国语联合大学的构建

为了更好地使山西省与国际接轨,本文对山西省的小语种教学进行规划和统筹,期望构建一个山西省的外国语联合大学,并对这个大学提出了如下要求:办学模式要多样化;课程设置层次化,包括增设多样化的复合型课程、增大实践性的课程和实习、要有山西特色的小语种教材等;逐步建立山西小语种的人才库。

The Proposed Construction of a United Foreign Languages University of Shanxi Province in the Transitional Period of Spanning Development

To make Shanxi province in better line with the sive plan about the teaching and learning of minor foreign international world, this paper makesa comprehen- languages in Shanxi withthe expectation of constructing a United Foreign Languages University of Shanxi Province. Therefore, mode of school running should be diversified and the designing of several requirements are to be met. Firstly, the the curriculum should be stratified. Secondly, varied compound courses should be offered on the basis of traditional mode for undergraduate students, but academ- ic courses or technological school students should be streamlined while weighing more on the practical courses and experiences. Minor languages teaching materials with the characteristics of Shanxi province should be written or compiled and a talent pool for the minor language teachers should be established to maximize the value of those tal- ents.
