中国海洋区域经济格局亟需深度调整

海洋区域经济是一种海陆经济、高技术经济、开放型经济、综合性经济。海洋经济已经成为我国沿海省市的支柱产业。海洋区域经济格局虽已基本形成,但由于地区行政分割等原因严重制约了海洋经济的进一步发展。应本着区域互动、优势互补、相互促进、共同发展的原则,打破地域和行政的分割,加强海区内不同省市间的优势合作。推动各海洋经济区域内不同规模和等级的增长极在沿海地区实现互补互通,共同构成海洋区域经济发展的新格局。
