摘    要:企业文化是企业的灵魂,商业银行的行魂。因此,国有商业银行在实现经济增长方式转变过程中,必须坚持体制改革与企业文化塑造同步进行。在“改体”与“塑魂”的实践中,用理性的思维和科学的态度,紧紧抓住形成共同价值观或企业精神这个核心定位,把握对内增强凝聚力、提高经营业绩,对外适应市场竞争环境这两项主要功能,选择自上而下的运作模式,融入金融服务行业文化,发挥领导示范和人力资源管理的作用,塑造出有鲜明个性的、与国有商业银行未来发展相适应的金融企业文化。

Abstract:Enterprise culture is the soul of an enterprise. The same is true with commercial banks. So in the course of changing patterns of economic growth, state-owned commercial banks should persistently synchronize their system reform with the formation of an enterprise culture. In practice, they should think rationally, act scientifically and stick firmly to an enterprise culture based on a common value as their core position. Internally, they should be cohesive with better business achievements. Externally they should adapt themselves to market competition and environment. By blending into the culture of the financial service sector through a vertical-operation model and playing their exemplary role in leadership and in human resources management, they can create an enterprise culture with distinct characteristics, suitable for future development of state-owned commercial banks.
