| 摘 要： | 从传统社会到法治社会,隐私权随着隐私伦理的发展而得到了更为有效的保障.然而,随着信息时代的到来,崭新的信息传播方式使得伦理价值取舍因虚拟空间的存在而失去了有效的监督和约束.人们对待隐私的态度也因此发生了变化.隐私伦理的变异导致了隐私权保护的新问题.因此,通过对隐私伦理变异的原因进行分析,探讨隐私权保护的困难,对于在信息时代确立新的隐私伦理价值,并在制度和技术上完善隐私权的保护机制具有重要意义.
