On the Current Situation of Chinese Property Hotel Development and Countermeasures

In recent years with the sustained and rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing maturity of tourism concept,property hotels have sprung up quietly in China. As a new type of tourism product,the market of the property hotels needs maturity and regulations. This paper elaborates the developing advantages of property hotels and the developing feasibility,analyzes the problems existed in Chinese property hotels,the solutions to them and countermeasures.
