河南服务业发展与体制变革关系研究

体制改革与创新对于加快现代服务业发展具有特别重要的意义。就河南省而言,服务业发展滞后原因很多,但是更直接的原因是现行体制存在诸多障碍,限制了服务业的发展。应在充分认识和把握制约河南服务业发展的体制性障碍的基础上,明确体制变革对服务业总量增长的影响,为实现进一步体制改革与创新提供支持。

Study on the Relations between Service Development and System Reform in Henan

Reform and innovation has particular importance in accelerating the development of modern services.To Henan Province,the service industry lags behind for many reasons,but the more direct reason is that the current system exists many obstacles which limit the development of service industry.We should fully understand and grasp the institutional obstacles in the development of Henan services,make clear that the influences institutional changes has made on the overall growth of service industries,in order to support further reform and innovation.
