The Problems and Countermeasures of Tax Service in Heilongjiang Province

Tax service as an important part of tax collection and administration,now has become the development trend of modern tax administration in the world.This paper proposes several problems of Heilongjiang Province tax service,such as the sense of service,management mechanism,the degree of information technology,institutional settings,and intermediary services and so on.By analyzing the before-mentioned problems,series of countermeasures are proposed on management mechanism,organizational structure,the tax program and the evaluation system,which aims to promote the operation of tax to be more comprehensive,scientific and effective.
