鲁苏碳排放比较研究

对鲁苏两省的碳排放进行比较分析,通过《IPCC国家温室气体清单指南》计算方法,重点比较山东省和江苏省2000-2008年碳排放总量、人均排放量、碳排放强度和行业结构排放。结果表明,第二产业对碳排放有很大影响,并都占据产业很大份额,通过转方式,调结构能提高碳减排效果并对山东、江苏高排放现状提出减排建议。

Comparison of Shandong and Jiangsu provinces carbon emissions

Basis on the method of《IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories》,this article account the carbon emissions in Shandong and Jiangsu provinces from 2000 to 2008,comparing and analysing the carbon emissions,per capita emissions,carbon emissions intensity and the emissions of industry structure.The results show that the second industry has a significant impact on carbon emissions,and have occupied a large share of the industry,and the emissions increased year by year.We can improve the carbon emission reduction effect through transferring the productive mode and adjusting the structure,while this paper also bring up the proposal according to the situations of Shandong and jjiangsu provinces.
