| 摘 要： | 本文在分析外商直接投资技术外溢理论的基础上,对FDI对中国投资所产生的外溢效应进行了实证分析,得出FDI对我国经济增长的作用更多的是体现在技术外溢效应而非资本累积效应方面,并提出提高外溢效应促进经济增长的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes FDI technological spillover in China on the basis of theoretica analysis and finds out that FDI plays important role not in capital accumulation effect but in technologial spillover effect in China. In the end this paper offers a proposal on improvement of technological spillover in China. |
