| 摘 要： | 近年来民营企业的快速发展已显示出它的强大生命力,但由于其起步较晚、规模较小、管理基础较薄弱、法人治理结构不尽完善等原因,在企业经营管理中又具有自己的特点。本文从分析研究民营企业的经营管理特点与现状入手,进而提出了经营管理中出现的一些矛盾现象的解决途径。

| Abstract: | In recently, The rapidly development of Non-state-owned enterprises has been showing its strong lives. But It has itself characteristics in administration because the late starting.The relatively small organization scale, the weak basis work of management and the faulty corporate governance structure in Non-state-owned enterprises. In this paper, we analyzed and research the characteristics and current situation of administration in Non-state-owned enterprises , and point out the countermeasures about administration problems in management. |
