吉林省银行卡助农取款服务可持续发展影响因素及对策研究

2011年以来,中国人民银行长春中心支行组织涉农银行机构积极采取措施全力推进银行卡助农取款服务推广工作,经过7年多努力,吉林省农村地区支付服务环境明显改善,金融服务可获得性明显提高。本文以对辖内相关银行机构及部分行政村的助农取款服务点(以下简称“服务点”)调查数据为基础,分析了一些影响助农取款业务可持续发展的因素,并提出合理化建议。

Influential Factors and Countermeasures to the Sustainable Development on the Service of helping Farmers Withdraw Money in Jilin Province

since 2011,the People's Bank of China Changchun Central Subbranch has been organizing agriculturerelated banking institutions to take active measures to fully promote the service of helping farmers withdraw money from a bank card via pos machines.After over 7 years of efforts,the payment environment in rural areas in Jilin provinces has been largely improved,while the financial services have been obviously upgraded.The article,based on the research data of relevant banking institutions and service agencies in some rural villages(service agencies in below)within coverage,analyzed the factors that affected the sustainable development of the service of helping farmers withdraw money,and came up with reasonable proposals in accordance.
