股权众筹领投人的自律监管研究

股权众筹作为互联网金融的重要组成部分,股权众筹平台基于本国国情,创新性地引入了“领投+跟投”模式作为我国股权众筹行业的主要运行模式。然而,领投人也给金融消费者带来了新的投资风险。基于金融消费者保护的立场,有必要加强对领投人的自律监管,建立以跟投人权益为导向的职业伦理体系,尽可能发挥其正向作用。

As an important part of Internet finance,equity-based crowdfunding platform innovatively introduces"lead investment+follow investment"mode as the main operation mode of equity-based crowdfunding industry in China based on the national conditions.However,lead investors also bring new investment risks to financial consumers.Based on the position of financial consumer protection,it is necessary to strengthen self-regulation of lead investors,establish a professional ethics system oriented by the rights and interests of the following investors,and give full play to its positive role as far as possible.
